It’s the oldest building on Barton Springs Road and boasts historical significance! In the early 1900s, this little building was a gem and mineral shop that served as a starting point for tourists to jump on a horse-and-wagon to tour Bee Caves. The building is built into a cave and rumored to have been a hideout for the Newton Boys. Since 1996, this building has been a juice bar, though changing names several times. This location is the perfect way to start or end a trip to Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool. The building itself is a geological marvel.
